How long does the delivery take?

Your goods will arrive within 3-5 working days of you placing your order. For full information about the delivery process please see our Delivery Information page 

Where do your goods come from?

The majority of our goods are sourced directly from Lebanon. Countries of origin are listed in product descriptions. 

Is it safe to pay through your website?

Yes. All payments to our online Lebanese Supermarket are processed through Barclays secure online banking. Barclaycard is one of Europe's largest and most experienced payment acceptance providers. All international payments are encrypted and none of your payment information is accessible by Arez Food. We accept payment in pounds, dollars and euros using all major credit and debit cards. Please note that payment with American Express cannot be accepted.

Do you ship throughout the UK?

Yes. Provided you are on the mainland. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to destinations, such as offshore islands, which are not accessible by road. See our rates here.

Do you ship to Europe?

Yes. We are happy to provide Lebanese food to customers throughout Europe! Please see our Delivery Costs page to see how the fee varies according to your country. Shoppers from Europe can use our currency button to shop in Euros. All European customers are required to chechout using Paypal. 

Why are orders containing pastries dispatched on Saturdays?

We do not hold any pastries in stock. Our suppliers provide them fresh to us every Saturday and then we pass them directly onto you. 

Can I make changes to my order once I have placed it?

Yes, but you will need to email or phone our office before 5pm on the same working day. Otherwise your order will have been shipped.

Can you get a product for me that I can’t find on your website?

Yes. We often stock products based on customer recommendations. Please either call our office on 020 3712 0429 or send your suggestion to our ‘Suggest a Product' feature. We will let you know whether we are able to stock a product and if so when it will be in stock. 

Can I place my order in Arabic?

Yes. Some of our staff are Arabic speakers and will be happy to help. 

Can I return goods if I am not happy with them?
